- Depends on your agent. With us, you wouldn’t. Heck, if you’re moving to or from out of state, we can even coordinate your move with a phenomenal agent so that you have one seamless move rather than two completely separate experiences.
#4. How accurate is the Zestimate? What’s more accurate: Zillow or Redfin (or Trulia or realtor.com or etc)
- All of these services are estimates. They don’t know the condition of your home or specific market conditions/factors.
- You’re much better offer having a qualified real estate agent run a CMA for your or get an appraisal.
- Even on Zillow’s website, they admit that half of their Zestimates are off by more than 2% (7.5% for off-market homes)
