I cannot put into words how grateful I am that I found Henry as my realtor. Henry has been a top-notch communicator, an educator, and a friend to me throughout my entire process of buying a home, from start to finish, and even now as I settle into my home.

I was a skeptical and cautious first home buyer, who have rented and moved every year for the past 10 years. Being an immigrant, you’re always assessing your risks and are extremely cautious about how I spend my money, specially in today’s crazy and volatile real estate market. I had many acquaintances and family friends who are realtors that I could have worked with, but I wanted to work with someone who I can vibe with professionally.

I first noticed Henry in a real estate group on FB where he gave a very thorough and sober answer to someone’s question. I was so impressed by his response, I decided to reach out to him to talk. From our initial conversation, I can already tell how informed he is of the market and how incredibly professional and kind he sounded over the phone (yes first impressions are important).

He did not try to pressure me to buy, like most realtors would, and more importantly, LISTENED to my story and my concerns. He addressed all of my questions and concerns almost one by one. I appreciated how he wasn’t dismissive of my concerns, but rather used real data and information to allow me to come to a decision that was best for my family and my situation. I also saw that he is a dedicated family man with a beauuuutiful family.

I can tell, in everything he does and says, just how much he loves his family. I felt like he has a high emotional intelligence and he would be able to understand me, as I’m a new mom, and chose to work with him.

As I took him on as my realtor officially, he was always incredibly responsive, considerate, and HIGHLY EFFICIENT. During home tours, he would point out aspects of the home that I should be paying attention to. This was a huge help for me, as I’ve never bought a home and don’t know what I need to be looking out for in a home.

What I also appreciated is how clear he was of his professional boundaries. He would never give advise on anything that he is not licensed for and would defer to a professional – this to me is a key indicator of someone who is honest and trustworthy.

Henry would always answer my questions promptly and provide research for his answers. When signing papers and agreements, he would explain things to me almost line by line, which I appreciate. He never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions and was patient enough to repeatedly explain certain things I just wasn’t grasping (lol sorry Henry).

Above all, what I most appreciate the most is how kind, caring and empathetic Henry is. I had to bring my 4 month old baby who was teething at the time to all of the home viewing appointments. Henry, being a parent himself, was always empathetic, understanding and willing to work around my baby’s demanding schedule.

When we bought our home, him and his family left us a handwritten note – just goes to show how above and beyond he goes to provide an excellent experience for his clients.

My home buying experience was smooooth as can be and I attribute that to Henry’s outstanding professionalism, communication style and his promptness.

I’m a hard person to impress because I’m a high performer. But Henry, he gets an A+++ I highly highly highly recommend him.

They are such fun people to work with and the homebuying process has been a smooth and effortless process.

Working with Henry has been an absolutely wonderful experience.

My wife and I are new home buyers so naturally, being relatively naive, we have a ton of questions to ask along the way.
